Downloaderize respects intellectual property rights and responds to notices of alleged infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws.

Important: we don’t host videos

FB Reels Downloader does not store, cache or host any video or audio files. Downloads are streamed from Facebook’s servers on request. To remove content from the internet, the most effective step is to report it to Meta through its intellectual property reporting process. We will, on valid notice, block the identified video from being processed by our Service.

Filing a takedown notice

Send a written notice to our designated agent at dmca@downloaderize.com (or via our contact form using the “Copyright / DMCA” topic) that includes:

  1. your physical or electronic signature;
  2. identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
  3. the Facebook URL(s) of the material you want blocked;
  4. your name, address, telephone number and email address;
  5. a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
  6. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.

Counter-notice

If you believe a video was blocked by mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice to the same address containing: your signature; identification of the blocked material; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was blocked by mistake; and your name, address, phone number and consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court. We may restore access after 10 business days unless the complainant notifies us that it has filed court action.

Repeat infringers

We may permanently block users or IP addresses that repeatedly use the Service to infringe copyright.

Misrepresentation

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages.
